Our goal: To access the inventory lifecycle
CraftOS originally focused on helping vendors create catalogs and sell to restaurants and bars through the Marketplace, passing inventory directly to merchants when orders are placed.
But once merchants receive that inventory, they still need to track and deplete it as they make sales. Rather than relying on manual counts, we built an integrated POS that automatically syncs with inventory. This not only simplifies tracking but also enables features like low-stock alerts and easy reordering.
Accessing the full inventory cycle
Offering a way for our vendors to sell to their merchants and also offering a way for CraftOS merchants to sell to their customers allows CraftOS to access inventory levels at all points of the cycle, allowing us to use data to make smarter recommendations and to provide both vendors and merchants with accurate inventory reporting.
The result: A point of sale specifically designed for beverage sellers
The CraftOS point of sale allows merchants to sell their inventory in whatever fraction they would like, by the case, bottle, glass, or any customizable configuration they would like.
Servers or sales people can add item to an individual sale or can create an open tab for customers in a wine bar or restaurant.
